Our Little Homes supplies expandable home products only. We do not directly provide delivery, unloading, installation, site preparation, foundations, permits, approvals, plumbing, electrical work or other trade services.
Quotes are prepared based on the information provided by the customer. Missing, incorrect or incomplete information may affect the accuracy of the quote. Quotes are not final until confirmed in writing by Our Little Homes.
Customers must provide accurate information when requesting a quote or placing an order. Our Little Homes is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect, incomplete or misleading information provided by the customer.
All prices are subject to written confirmation. Delivery, unloading, installation, foundations, permits, site preparation, plumbing, electrical work and service connections are not included unless clearly stated in writing.
Order confirmation may require a deposit or full payment depending on the product and agreement. Payment terms will be confirmed in writing before the order proceeds.
Product availability may change without notice. Our Little Homes will do its best to provide accurate availability information, but cannot guarantee stock, manufacturing timeframes or supplier availability unless confirmed in writing.
The Signature Collection allows customers to explore custom layout options. Customisation may be limited by product structure, manufacturing requirements, supplier capability, safety requirements and practical design limitations.
Our Little Homes does not provide delivery directly. Customers are responsible for arranging delivery, transport, unloading, site access, equipment, delivery timing, delivery insurance and any road or property restrictions.
Our Little Homes does not provide installation directly. Customers are responsible for arranging installation, expansion, foundations, levelling, site preparation, plumbing, electrical connections, drainage, utility connections, required trades and any professional reports or certificates.
Customers are responsible for checking and obtaining all required permits, approvals and professional advice before purchasing, delivering or installing a product. Our Little Homes does not guarantee approval for any specific property, council area or intended use.
Customers are responsible for confirming that their property is suitable for the selected product. This includes checking access width, driveway access, road access, turning space, ground conditions, slope, soil, foundations, machinery access, service access, council restrictions, overhead trees or powerlines, drainage, easements and boundary setbacks.
Images, floor plans, 3D renders, gallery images and product visuals are for general illustration only. Actual products may vary in colour, finish, layout, inclusion, fixture placement, material, design or specification.
Any requested changes after order confirmation may result in additional charges, delays or may not be possible. All variations must be agreed in writing.
Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the stage of the order, supplier terms, customisation, manufacturing status and written agreement. Custom orders, specially ordered products or modified layouts may not be refundable once confirmed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Our Little Homes is not liable for loss, damage, delay, cost or issue arising from delivery, transport, unloading, installation, third-party contractors, site access, council refusal, permit delays, foundation issues, service connection issues, customer information, site unsuitability, weather delays, product misuse or changes made by others after supply.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights customers may have under Australian Consumer Law. Where required by law, customers are entitled to applicable consumer guarantees.
Customer information submitted through forms, email, phone or chat will be used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and communicate about products. Our Little Homes will handle personal information responsibly and will not sell customer information to unrelated third parties.
By requesting a quote, submitting a form, placing an order or making payment, the customer confirms they understand and accept these Terms & Conditions.
