Step 2: Tell Us About Your Land and Needs

We will ask about your location, property type, intended use and preferred home style.

Step 3: Choose Your Collection

Select from one of our fixed-size collections or explore a personalised layout through The Signature Collection.

Step 4: Confirm Product Details

Discuss layout, inclusions, ceiling height, gallery images, product details and available options.

Step 5: Quote and Order Confirmation

We provide product quote guidance based on the selected collection and layout requirements.

Step 6: Customer Arranges Permits and Site Preparation

Before delivery or installation, customers arrange required checks, permits, access planning, foundations, levelling, service connections and trades.

Step 7: Customer Arranges Delivery

Our Little Homes does not provide delivery directly. Customers arrange delivery, transport, unloading and property access. Independent provider contacts may be shared where possible.

Step 8: Customer Arranges Installation

Our Little Homes does not provide installation directly. Customers arrange installation, expansion, placement, foundations, connections and required site work.

Step 9: Enjoy Your Little Home

Once delivered, installed and connected by chosen professionals, the home can become a meaningful part of your property, subject to approvals and requirements.
